"I continue to be attracted to personal, emotional situations as subject matter for my paintings. This is a refreshing departure for me from my previous realistic style.

Some of my latest pieces, such as "Take It" at left, are painted in oil. This medium allows me greater flexibility to capture the mood I want to portray.
